Are you a research and analytics Senior Account Manager with a strong interest and experience in digital media measurement? Would you like to take the next step in your career; working as part of a collaborative, internationally recognised PR and communications consultancy that really focusses on it’s people and hold research and insights at the heart of all it does? Then read on! We are looking for an Account Director to join our talented Research and Insights team to work across consumer, corporate and healthcare clients on research and analytics projects, as well as new business. This person will very much be the “go to” expert in this space; working on media measurement and media analysis projects, so we need someone that is very comfortable working with both internal and external clients and has the strategic insight to advise senior leaders, as well as the hands-on application to deliver. In this role you will be responsible for the design and implementation of complete measurement and attribution solutions for driving business growth through the identification of relevant opportunities for earned media activations. You will also be involved in the growth of the Ketchum Global Research & Analytics (KGRA) through leadership counselling on the use of data and analytics for client projects and the professional development of all staff. The Ketchum Research and Analytics team works with clients across the agency; turning data into actionable insights that inform and inspire Ketchum’s award winning campaigns. We combine individual skills and talents with the best-in-class research, analytics and measurement methods to bridge the science of research with the art of communication every day. We are looking for someone with directly relevant experience; ideally in a creative agency environment or a media monitoring and measurement organisation working with PR companies.  To excel in this role you will have strong statistical, writing, and presentation skills teamed with the ability to analyse data to determine actionable project outcomes and strategic insights. You will be an excellent communicator and be able to translate trends, technologies and metrics into language that others can easily understand.
